Introduction
In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), Inqbarna Kenkyuu Jo S.L. informs the users of the Family Meal Planner mobile app ("the App") and of the website familymealplan.inqbarna.com ("the website") about its privacy and personal data protection policy.

Data We Collect
When you use the App we collect the following personal data:
- Account data (optional): nickname and email address, only if you sign up. The App can be used as a guest, without signing up.
- User identifier: an identifier generated by Firebase, which guest users also have.
- Content you create: your meal plan and the dishes you add.
- Usage and diagnostic data: screens and usage events, crash reports and performance data, and an approximate location derived from the IP address.
- Device identifiers: the push notification token and the installation identifiers of the Firebase services.
- Data of the people you share the plan with: when you invite someone, they will see your nickname and email, and you will see theirs.
The App does not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, audio, calendar, or health or financial data, shows no ads and does not use the device's advertising identifier. To open an invitation link after installing the App, it may check the device clipboard once for that link; it does not use its content for any other purpose.
On the website we do not collect personal data: there are no forms, no accounts and no analytics tools. As with any website, the hosting server may temporarily log technical connection data, such as the IP address, for security and operational reasons.
Purpose of Processing
Personal data is used to:
- Provide the service: store your plan, sync it and share it with the people you invite
- Manage your account and your invitations
- Send you notifications about changes to the plan, if you have given permission
- Analyse the use of the App and fix crashes, to improve our services and the user experience
- Answer your support requests
Legal Basis
The processing of your data is based on the performance of the service you request by using the App, on your consent (for example, to receive notifications), or on Inqbarna's legitimate interest in improving its services and keeping them secure.
Providers and Recipients
To provide the service we use the following Google services as service providers, who process data on behalf of Inqbarna: Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, Google Analytics for Firebase, Crashlytics and Firebase Hosting. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area with appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell your data or disclose it to third parties, except where legally required. The other people in a shared plan only see your nickname, your email and the content of the plan.
Data Retention
We keep your data while you keep your account or use the App as a guest. If you delete your account, your user and its content are erased, except the data of shared plans, which is kept for the person you shared them with. Crash reports and analytics data are kept for the limited periods set in the configuration of each Google service. Afterwards, we will keep the data blocked for the time needed to address possible legal liabilities.
User Rights
Users have the right to:
- Access their personal data
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of their data
- Request data portability
- Object to data processing
- Request limitation of processing
To exercise these rights, please contact us at support@inqbarna.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Deleting Your Account and Data
In the App: open My account and tap Delete account. The App will ask for your password and will delete your user and its content. The data of the plans you shared is kept for the other person, who becomes their owner.
If you no longer have the App installed, write to support@inqbarna.com from the email you signed up with and we will delete it together with its data. On the following page you will find the steps, the data that is deleted and the data that is kept.
Security
Inqbarna has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access. Communications between the App and our servers are encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
Minors
The App is intended for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Modifications
Inqbarna reserves the right to modify this privacy policy to adapt it to legislative or case law changes. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
